Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed after successful order verification.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • Depending on product availability, courier operations, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 business days.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Droplance™.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been confirmed and processed for fulfillment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Customers are requested to verify all order details before confirming their purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report within this period may affect our ability to investigate the claim.

Product Quality

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.

If a product is found to have a verified manufacturing defect, a wrong item has been delivered, or the product has suffered significant transit damage affecting normal use, Droplance™ will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
  • Using the product according to any provided instructions.
  • Inspecting the product promptly after delivery.

Droplance™ is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Resolution Policy

All requests are reviewed individually based on the evidence provided.

Where a claim is verified, Droplance™ may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or another suitable remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
